We each carry a unique and ever-evolving narrative that shapes how we connect—with ourselves, with others, and with the world. Therapy can help us create meaning from those stories. Together, we will explore alternate narratives about your past and present relationships, experiences, and identities, drawing on untold or overlooked strengths, resources, and values. My practice is strengths-based and grounded in relational psychodynamic therapy, with the understanding that growth happens within the context of supportive relationships. My goal is to help you integrate your past and present into a healthier and more affirming narrative.
I currently offer virtual individual counseling sessions to adults of all ages. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, interpersonal conflict, trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. I also have experience working with survivors of domestic violence and intimate partner violence. I am committed to providing a trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapeutic space that welcomes individuals of all identities and backgrounds. I understand that your story is unique, and your path to healing will be, too.
