I approach each session with curiosity, compassion, and a desire for connection, and I encourage the same from my clients. I integrate several psychotherapeutic modalities to treat the whole person. I have received training with the Somatic Experiencing Institute, and have over 700 hours of training in trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.
