While my practice is psychodynamically oriented, I incorporate different therapeutic modalities including CBT, AEDP, and mindfulness, to tailor a personalized experience that meets your specific needs. I work with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, career and work-related issues, life transitions, existential crises, relationship challenges, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and women's issues.
