When was the last time that you can honestly say that you felt good enough? Our lives, jobs, relationships, social media accounts, and the systems in which we live can wear us down and rob us of our ability to feel good enough. Luckily, the spiral of negative self-judgment, fear, and shame can be disrupted and replaced with healing, self-growth, and self-compassion. My aim is to create a warm, therapeutic relationship grounded in collaboration and empowerment to help you challenge negative thoughts, uncover your true self, and finally feel good enough.

Areas of specialty include emotional eating and body acceptance/body neutrality issues among Millennials. I integrate a diverse range of proven therapy techniques to best meet my clients' needs. Evidence-based practices with which I have experience include cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.

Life is - and always will be - daunting, messy, and complicated. Together, I can help you feel good enough and thrive in these uncertain times. I look forward to hearing from you!
