Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Whether you’re adjusting to major life changes, facing challenges in relationships, exploring your identity, or coping with unresolved anxiety, trauma, or grief - you don’t have to do it alone.
In the therapy room you’ll find a safe, judgment-free space to unpack it all. This is a space that honors your experiences and affirms all the parts of your identity that make you, you. Together, we’ll work to challenge limiting beliefs, process past experiences, and develop healthy coping strategies to help you get unstuck and empower you to create positive changes in your life.
We might be a good fit if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, PTSD, ADHD, career transitions, workplace stress, attachment wounds, and/or relationship challenges. I offer affirming and competent support for LGBTQIA+, ENM/CNM, poly and GNC clients.
In working with me, you can expect person-centered care that integrates insights from neuroscience, attachment theory, harm reduction, and evidence-based practices for trauma. My approach incorporates internal family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic and somatic-based therapies. I’ve received post-graduate training in emotionally focused couple therapy, trauma-focused CBT, integrated treatment for mental health and addiction, schema therapy, and psychedelic integration.
I currently have openings for individuals and couples/relationships with options for virtual, in-person or hybrid sessions in our Greenpoint and Midtown West offices. Please reach out with questions or to set up a free 15 minute consultation.
