Postpartum Support Group - Wednesday evenings

We are now accepting registration for this virtual support group designed for new mothers in the postpartum period. 

The aim of these groups is to provide a sanctuary for new mothers to unravel and discuss their personal struggles concerning maternal mental health, and, through the alchemy of communal exchange, discover deeper insights into their voyage through motherhood.

Dates: Wednesdays 8-9pm; January 24, 31, February 7, 14, 21, 28, March 6, 13, 27, April 3, 10, 17, 24. 

Fee: $50 per session, self-pay only. Discount can be applied after all 8 weeks are booked.
