Join our
BIPS team
We are a growing group practice looking to collaborate with exceptional therapists and practitioners. We're not actively hiring right now — but pre-licensed positions are coming later this year, and we'd love to hear from you early.
Open positions
Each role at BIPS comes with doctoral-level supervision, specialty training support, and a caseload matched to your clinical interests and niche.
We're not actively hiring right now — but we're building toward it.
We expect to open positions for pre-licensed clinicians (LMSW and MHC-LP) later in 2026. If you're interested in joining the team, we encourage you to reach out early — we keep a running list and do our best to reach out when the timing is right.
Send us your CV → [email protected]Fee-for-service — W2 employment
BIPS operates on a fee-for-service W2 model. Compensation is based on licensure level, clinical experience, and tenure — with clear pathways for growth. Rates increase at performance and tenure milestones, not on an annual review cycle.
Group therapy facilitators earn a percentage of group revenue. Couples therapy has a separate compensation structure for experienced clinicians. Additional paid opportunities exist for administrative projects such as document editing or content creation.
Bonuses have occurred historically; criteria vary by year and are not guaranteed. Specific compensation details are shared during the interview process in compliance with applicable law.
More supported than most practices
A lot of group practices hand you a caseload and wish you luck. BIPS is built differently. Every clinician here receives more supervision, more clinical education, and more active investment in their specialty than is standard in the field — because we believe the quality of your support directly shapes the quality of your work.
Supervision at BIPS is substantive and regular — not a checkbox. Pre-licensed clinicians receive both individual and group supervision weekly, provided by licensed doctoral-level psychologists and senior clinicians.
BIPS doesn't just tolerate specialization — we build around it. Clinicians receive several hours of clinical education per week targeted to their specialty, plus professional development funding to pursue advanced certifications.
Race, gender, class, sexuality, and systemic context aren't background factors here — they're central to how we understand people and practice therapy. If you want to work in a practice where this is embedded and not performative, this is the place.
We take care of insurance verification, claim submission, billing, client matching, and marketing — so your energy goes entirely toward clinical work, not paperwork.
BIPS has a clear pathway for clinicians who grow into supervisory roles within the practice — supporting your long-term career development, not just your immediate caseload.
We build caseloads with care — matched to your clinical interests, your capacity, and your life. This isn't a high-volume churn model.
