My approach is informed by research, neuroscience, and mindfulness, blending various therapeutic tools to meet your unique goals and challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and alternative relationship structures, tailoring therapy to fit your needs across a variety of life’s challenges, including sex therapy. 

Some topics I work with include: anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, relationships, attachment injuries, maladaptive coping, low mood and depression, family challenges, LGBTQIA+ challenges, difficulties with loneliness and isolation, sexual challenges, intimacy issues, dating, ENM/CNM, polyamory, communication, codependency, trauma.

Additional credentials include: 200hr certified meditation teacher, 200 hr certified yoga teacher.
