Hayley Goodrich, LMSW
Informed by my previous work in documentary film and neuropsychology research, I bring together the art and the science of multiple people-centered perspectives. I am guided by the belief that change happens as we come to understand ourselves in new and deeper ways. When we see ourselves clearly and allow ourselves to be seen by others, we become free to choose something different.
To facilitate this process of self-discovery, I provide an affirming, nonjudgmental space grounded in trust, safety, compassion, and curiosity. Together we’ll explore your history, your present, your relationships, and your experience of self. We’ll look at the places in life where you feel stuck and help you re-connect to your innate forward motion.
I have experience working with adults and adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, grief and loss, and all manner of relationship challenges.
I am available for in-person and virtual sessions.
