Hannah McDade, LMSW

I offer an affirming, warm, compassionate therapy style for adults and teens who are experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, as well as with family members with special needs individuals. I integrate cognitive behavioral and relational therapies with an emphasis on trauma-informed care to help my clients gain insights, develop coping skills, and achieve their personal goals.

My belief is that we all have the strength to overcome and grow through life’s challenges, even if they seem impossible to overcome. I am passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health care and building strong, long-term relationships with clients as I join them on their healing journey.

I have a particular interest in treating college students and young adults who are in a transitional stage in their lives. I use an empathic approach, where I adapt therapeutic interventions to better meet your unique goals and needs. I view therapy as a partnership and look forward to getting to know you.
