Hannah McDade, LMSW
I offer a warm, compassionate, and affirming therapy space for adults and teens navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and the complexities of supporting family members with special needs. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral, relational, and psychodynamic therapies with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care, helping clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
I deeply believe that every person has the strength to overcome life’s obstacles, even when they feel insurmountable. I'm passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health care and fostering long-term, trusting relationships with my clients as we work together on their healing journey. Outside of the therapy room, I’m an animal lover and regularly foster pets from a local shelter.
I have a particular interest in working with high school and college students, as well as young adults in transitional life stages. I use an empathetic, collaborative approach, tailoring interventions to align with your unique needs and goals. I view therapy as a partnership and look forward to working with you.
